Bhavna Dalal is the founder and CEO of Talent Power Partners—a leadership development consulting company. She is an international executive master coach and facilitator with a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electronics) from Bombay University and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta. She has over 25 years of experience as a software development engineer, consultant and senior leadership in corporates in America, South Africa and India. She is also familiar with personality typologies tools such as MBTI, DISC, social styles, leadership styles, emotional intelligence and 360° feedback. Her clients have been people managers across the organization, from board members and CXOs to directors and founders in several industries such as consulting, financial services, banking and technology.
