The topics on soil formation, irrigation are very well explained. As a matter of fact all the topics are explained properly in a simple language. It is a very important and interesting subject. At the end of the book, multiple objective questions are provided which can come in very handy. A list is all agricultural colleges universities is provided in 1st Chapter a list of agricultural research institutes is also provided. The book is replete with static data which is important from exam point of view. Where necessary equation are also provided. The printing and binding is also good and the size of the book is comfortable to hold in hands. However, I thing the use of English language could have been better in this book. But it's just My opinion. All in all a must buy. All the best for your studies!.
