S. Ramnarayan is Clinical Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has been a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a visiting faculty at the Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA and at the University of Bamberg, Germany. With a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the Case Western Reserve University, he specializes in change management and leadership development work.

T. V. Rao  is currently the Chairman of ,TVRLS, Bangalore. A former professor and board member at IIM Ahmedabad, Dr. Rao is co-founder and First President of National HRD Network. He has also served as Visiting Faculty at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and as HRD Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India. With a PhD in Psychology from Sardar Patel University, Dr. Rao has authored over 60 books on leadership, HRD, and 360 Degree Feedback. He has also worked as a consultant for UNESCO, FAO, USAID and other global organizations.
