Sailaja Manacha is a psychologist, psychotherapist and leadership coach. Her commitment is to develop women in leadership at all levels so that women function with agency and become designers of their life and work. Her belief is that the world today is in immense need of the feminine energy and that women need to show up as a potent and powerful presence—be it in organizations, society or in family life.

Her work is a blend of psychology, awareness-based practices and practical aspects of management and leadership learning. The same approach is applied to her women in leadership interventions as she sees the significance of bringing the gender lens to leading. In the corporate world, she engages individuals, groups and management teams that seek mastery in powerful living, a deeper personal awareness and leadership impact that produce sustainable results. She has facilitated thousands of training and coaching programmes both public and within organizations. Her clients include Siemens STS, Cerner Healthcare India, Infosys, Firstsource, Weir Minerals, Honeywell Software, Bally Technologies, Huawei Technologies, Adobe, Kwench and many more.
